Services include: Naturopathic & Nutrition consultations, Hot Stone Massage, Buteyko Breathing.
Over the last 15 years, as well as practicing in clinic I have worked for Australia’s pioneer in nutrition, Henry Osiecki for over 12 years. I first graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition), followed by a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), then trained as a Buteyko Breathing Educator enabling me to teach breathing re-education to adults and children. I now combine my services and skills in private practice here in Yea.
Being born and bred in Yea, it is a great privilege to now be able to support the local community in achieving optimum health.
I am also a mum to gorgeous 7 year old twins. We had a very trouble free conception and pregnancy and our little sprouts were born at full term and around 7pounds each- not that common with twins! They are a constant reminder of the impact nutrition has on our health and development, and just how much influence we can have on our health. Being a mum also assists me in providing realistic support to parents for both their own health and that of their family.
